Due to the nature of construction and renovation services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled before any work has started, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any issues or concerns regarding our services should be reported as soon as possible so we can review and resolve them appropriately.

Refund requests, if applicable, will be evaluated based on the scope of work completed and the terms agreed upon prior to the project.
